Certain portion was excluded from ITSM subject for November 2012 exam and onwards.

though I have one confusion.do we go by page no given or topics.like Page 1.1-1.105 of study material includes lot more topcs than mentioned

also I have last year book relevant for Nov 2011.are the page numbers same?please help n confirm

no, actually it is not. study materials in the site are not uploaded as per this announcemnet yet. so keep a note of it that these many pages are excluded from the sylabus while studying !
