as per new provion , if any person accept receipt in cash more than 2,00,000 then he is liable for penalty.

so in any theater, tokise,in big stor/mall most of transaction in cash and this limit of 200,000 is cross avery day.

my question is this businesses are liable for penalty????

No penalty.

As per law, there are three scenarios:

1. in aggregate from a person in a day; or
2. in respect of a single transaction; or
3. in respect of transactions relating to one event or occasion from a person,

And, your query situation doesn't fall in above categories.
