Dear Experts,
I had appeared for CA - IPCC exam in May 18 and got exemption in Paper 5 of Group 2.
Again appeared in November 18 and got exemption in Paper 6 of Group 2.
Now as we aware about new exemption cannot be carried forward unless the old exemption ceases by completing 3 attempts.
But now to appear in May 2020, can i make use of exemption of Paper 6 of which 3rd attempt is still pending and Paper 5 exemption has already exhausted in November 19 exam.
Please guide at earliest.
No, you cannot do so...
Since you were not eligible for the second exemption, hence there is no question of claiming the same...

In the notification above it says another exemption cannot be used until the 1st exemption has exhausted.
But in my case 1st exemption has exhausted in November 2019 exam, So can i now claim the other exemption now?
