I hv terminated my industrial training in feb 18 and submitted form 109 on time.. i was unaware about form 105 that tim. also i m preparing for my ca final may 18 exam.
In jul 18 i got mail from Institute asking to submit for form 105 with late fees.
can i seek ICAI to waive fees on ground that i was unaware about form and preparing for exam.
kindly advise

Original Deed of articles / audit executed on a Non Judicial Stamp Paper / Special Adhesive stamp affixed on the Deed. Certified copy of work diary of the articled / audit clerk. Stipend details with evidence in the form Bank Pass Book. Hi Naveen this information is correct... see schedule of lavy fees alredy mention and Pranali already got the letter for submission of form 105 along with late fees.. i hope now u clear the things
