I require guidance on this particular issue at hand.
I wanted to know if I can undergo icsi training as an intern for 12 months in order to complete my CS course while I hold the COP of Icai or will I have to surrender the same. Also I wanted to know in case if I surrender my cop of icai do i get the credit of the years completed in practice when I reapply for cop next year for calculation of fellow member at icai or the 5 years will b counted again from scratch. If in case surrendering cop Is the only option than can I continue doing practice and internship by obtaining a part time cop.?
