ICAI Convocation September 2018

Hello Everyone
The date of Convocation for September 2018 has been declared and I am eligible for such convocation. Can anybody guide me how to register for the Convocation. Like My Regional Centre is of New Delhi. Now, shall I call New Delhi Office for registration or Is there any online portal for registrating the same? If there is any phone number kindly provide me that number.
