Has anyone given ibps specialist officer -ca post interview?? My interview will be on 20th. What questions will they ask in interview?? How can I prepare for it?? Pls answer ..

Ratio analysis, NPA rules, Govt.sponsored schemes, IFRS, questions on your favourite subject and some general questions like how will you appraise a credit proposal, how can customer's genuinity be identfied, how can you enhance the credit portfolio of bank etc. can be asked.... The panel may go for more general questions rather than technical one as your knowledge proficiency has already been tested in CA exam and bank's written exam. If possible do give feedback after interview so that it can be helpful for others.

Yes. I think valid. caste certificate is issued by block.
