I wanted to study pcc again

CPT pass out year Feb-2007

PCC Failed-Nov,2009

Articleship Period- 12.04.2007 To 31.12.2010.

i have passed CPT and registered PCC in 2009 attempted 2 attempts, failed now i wanted to continue my PCC studies again i have to get register? if yes what is the fee for PCC and i completed 3.6 years articledship

i wanted to study pcc now what is the procedure? plz help me
