1] GOTO https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ - THEN KNOW MY pan no
2] goto https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/ and apply for reprint of PAN card.
3] Pay online and send required documents to NSDL pune with latest photographs by speed POST.
4] You will get new PAN in 15-20 days
