I want to get rid of laziness

Hi,

i am a software engineer. I want to vercome laziness. I find myself very lazy after coming to home from work though i dont do very effective work.

I dont read any technoical books or dont to any aasinment  given for homework and go to sleep because of laziness. How to  overcome this as i am lagging behind because of the same.

Try to start n follow any of d following activities.

  1. First find out wat are your areas of interest like playing games, listening music etc .Try to start indulging yourself evry day fr some time in it.
  2. Find out wat gives u peace whn ur not working lik going to a garden or near a sea shore etc so tht u mind gets som sort of relaxation.
  3. Busy urself in doing som constructive acticities lik planning activities for tomorrow  etc n doit daily.
  4. Try to write something evryday lik wat mistakes u made while working 2day or ur experience at work n read it.
  5. Involve urself in some physical activity lik doing exercise daily.
  6. Try to improve ur concentration level by doing yoga or visiting temple or any suc lik activity.
  7. MOST IMP REMIND UR SELF THAT U NEED TO BE ALERT B WANT TO STAY AWAY FRM LAZZINESS                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Remember lazziness is in ur mind n u r d only best person who can control it & can makeit understand.

Just get up early in morning and go for jogging and do exercise, It worked for me also.

Get up early morning [not too early] better be 05-0545 AM

After a refresh with Tea/Coffee have walk here walk means not causal walk but it should be tough and serious Walk with good quality canvass Shoes for a min. of 45 minutus if it upto 1h30min then it is too good

Have a refresh with days newpaper [no TV] with lemon juice with no sugar but do add very little qty of salt in the lemon juice

Take bath after a fresh shave

after bath do yoga for 10 min,,  if it is upto 30 min it is too good

after yoga take tiffen with non oil items and that too only 3/4 of your stomoch level

at night dinner dont take masala items / oil items and have a tough walk upto 15 min. before sleeping
