Hello friends, I am really looking a practical guidelines in simple form about the "Operating procedure or compliance needed for bank finance in "working capital loan", the associated risk factors and special attension for monitoring on finance angle. I want to know if a company wants to approach the bank for working capital loan , at best what are the useful things to be considered.
