Even my experience is similar Radhika.
I had put the claim and never got it.
After my enquiries, Admin told that they haven't received the claim and asked to send the details via e-mail. I did the same but the wait is still not over.
Let's hope we get it soon.

I am lucky enough that I have received T-shirt within less than a week of being claimed.
