How can I request for a duplicate report card? I have my CPT admit card, if that helps. I gave the June 2011 attempt. I need it to attach with my ipcc exam form. How soon will I get it after applying? And can i get it online?

for attachment with ipcc exam form u need only photocopy of markk sheet of cpt. hence, printout is sufficient.
but, i am not 100% sure. u may wait for others' reply.
I don't even have the old print out or a photocopy. Please help me out with this. I don't have much time 'cause I need to submit the form asap.

it is better you asked to your Reginoal head office for that. When you explain your situation surely Institute will help you.. They may be ask your Registration no. Roll no. etc details.
and one more thing you do write a request to E sahyata on Institute website with your all details and provide them your E mail ID n Contact no. Very soon they will contact you and suggest the solution.
