[Proof: Read a Bare Act & Same Act with Comments.
Even though contents of Bare Act are Less than Act with comments.
You would finish reading Act with comments on it, much early]
When you grasp the content of the subject easily & when you find the
subject more & more interesting then your reading speed automatically
increases…even if you try to slow it down.
