My Business Turnover is Rs.95 Lakhs inFY 2009-10, (TDS is Rs. 1,58,964/- & i have to Claim for Refund). I am liable to get my books of accounts Audit, but till now i didn’t get Audit. Can i get my books of accounts Audit & file ITR after 31 March 2011 ?
you have made just too late, meet your CA urgent and complete within 31-03-2011
