Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the eligibility for input tax credit when construction materials are sold in cash. It explains that expenses incurred for the furtherance of business can be claimed as input credit, provided the conditions prescribed in Section 17(5) are met. Therefore, even with cash sales, input tax credit is available on the inward supply of goods or services.

Expenses on furtherance of business may taken as input credit
For Input the condition prescribed in Section need to be satisfied.
