i am government employee and i want huf of my family's businesses
I am gov.employee and my father want to gift some money ,can I start my own business by creating a Huf.like physiotherapy center in which a. physiotherapist will work for me regards

You being Karta of your HUF, you can be investor in the business, but HUF cannot be owner.
