Dear if you have register you have to pay you sales tax first and then you can surrneder your tin if you don't want to continue with your tin

I wish to continue with the TIN, just wanted to clarify if i have to pay VAT from the first sale or when the turnover reaches the threshold.

No need to pay tax until turnover crosses threshold limit...just file a nil return in the prescribed due date(s)

Sir, Vat is collected true.
As per their rules , vat has to be paid on sale only that too what ever collected.
I f there iss not sale -you will accumulate ITC, when you sale you can get it adjusted
