WHT HAPPENND TO THE ICAI?

The only  reason that this is happening is that ICAI's current mgmt thinks that if students have more than one course with them then "the chance that they may leave this CA course after one or more attempts will be much higher." Then what would happen to the supply of majdoors to members; and the money from students in terms of fees.

They even targetted bcom by making timings from 1030 to 530 for not going to bcom(first course for many).

Bro; u shouldn't have applied for that form 112. How would ICAI have knoen

SHOULD ONE BELIEVE ON ICAI ANYMORE........??????

 Look 112 is mandatory and more over at the time of membership when we fill in the form if we hav done any other course we hav to mention it there and if the insti knows that we hav not taken permission for the same our membership cud be delyed by 3 months to the extent of 1 year. SO is it worth the delay?

 i think in institute the members who made decisions are all dummers and not face anu problems which is handle by us day to day/

May god in this council election some good representatives of the students elected who do the nice work for the sake of students

There is no doubt that ICAI has  lost brand value in the recent times.

The increase in fees across the board is for only these reasons - to purchase luxury cars for presidents and his chamcha's. spend that money in the name of committe meetings in various 5 star hotels, make portrait's of Uttam and put it in all branch offices (they had been instrcuted to do so by Uttam).

There are 46 committe's in ICAI, does anyone know what is their contribution to the ICAI or its members or students or this profession?

ICAI is a burning example of poor corporate governance. They should start circulating the minutes of the meetings of all these committe's, and explain how our funds are bieng used. They should also give explanation as to wy singers, actors and actresses are invited for meetings of an accounting body (it is a real incident) and too at a time when our profession is hit hard and the world wants to know what action ICAI has taken in Satyam case....the truth is even after 9 months, government is waiting for ICAI's report on Satyam matter! This act of ICAI will curb the tendency of students for asking permission to do any other course. The Form 112 will soon become redundant if this practice persists.

first they restricted transfers.now they are gaining control over the students right to pursue another course.this can previlage the members to squeeze the students because

1)they cannot take transfer

2) if they terminate they will lose some years in ther life

3) if they  are fed up with the CA course they cannot even takeup another course because they are in articleship.i ask ashish to file a comlaint regarding restraining personal liberty

the chains of article slavery are tightening day by day.this also may be the sadistic steps taken by uttam.he thinks that he is the almighty.these are strictly restraining personal liberty.

 Yup my friends thats the very problem, we are handicapped of our basic rights and lack an authority to complain.

If we go and write to the students body they simply say and I quote "CA karna hai rules ke hisaab se karo warna humne tumhara haath thodi pakda hai" (If u wanna do it then3abide by the rulzz otherwise depart)

Well this is the apathy of a vulnerable student guys lets take an oath.

THE DAY WE ATTAIN MEMBERSHIP OF THE ICAI WE WILL NOT PARTIATE OURSELVES FROM IT, WE WILL ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN ITS ACTIVITIES AND MAKE ICAI BETTER THAN WHAT WE HAD AT OUR TIMES PLZZZ IF THE CURRENT MEMBERS THINK THE SAME THEN TODAY ICAI WUD BE THE KING OF THE ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL WORLD.
