1] One of my client did marriage on 14.02.2014 and till date he has not applied for HUF PAN.
2] Can he file Income tax Return for F.Y. 2013-14 without applying PAN ?
3] He has Interest Income of Rs.2700/- Can he take cash GIFT of Rs.15000/- from his friend or relatiive in past ?
4] Can HUF create without Child ?
5] My Client has applied for HUF PAN ON 01.08.2014 SO CAN HE FILED INCOME TAX RETURN OF HUF ?
6] Can my client take GIFT of Rs.1001/- from his friend from his FRIEND HUF A/C. ?, to start HUF corpos as a capital intoduce ?
Please provide me AFFIDAVIT FOR HUF CREATION AND GIFT DEED Thank you..
