My One client formation of HUF so my query of
1. In HIF Affidavit Married daughter name compulsory or not??
2. In HUF Karta Son's wife and Karta Son's minor child name compulsory or not?
3. Allowable 2 HUF in family Marriage after son if yes so name entire in Affidavit.?
4. If marriage son formation huf so father and mother name compulsory in Affidavit.?

Both are different families, one of father as Karta with his family members
& second yours, wherein you will be Karta,, so both HUFs are different and can be formed.........
