Yes sir I obitened and filling ItR last 5year

So, no need for any alteration or rectification.

For the lifetime of the HUF, you and your family will have to remember the name and date of formation of HUF as per PAN card data.

When I request for HUF PAN application Then we mentioned 14/08/2013 of my child birth day as date of formation in declaration

but actual birth date was 12/08/2013 because at the time my child addhar card birth date mentioned 14/08.

We update child aadhar card birth date

So need to update HUF Formation date.or no need Please guide.

If you wish, you may apply for its correction in HUF PAN records with all the proof of date change, but if you are ok with 14/08 as HUF formation date, then no need at all.

Dear Sir, My Name is Vikash Kumar and VIKASH KUMAR HUF on HUF Pan card, Now I have changed my name: Vikash Chhillar, Can I updated the same on HUF pan card, if yes please let me know the process.

Dear Sir, I have not understanding the concept of name changing process in HUF Pan Card.

1. Changing HUF name from VIKASH KUMAR HUF to VIKASH CHHILLAR HUF is possible or not?

3. I have a Residential Rental property on My Name and my Mother’s Name which is purchased by my father in 2012, Can I transfer both property to my HUF.

4. Me & My wife also invested in Stock Market with Individual Demat accounts for both, Can we transfer our Investments ( approximately ₹7,50,000) to HUF as a Capital from we start stock market investment by opening HUF Demat account.

5. All income of HUF from Rental, Investment & Business is not clubbing in my Individual income ?
