my father and his real brother sharing same ancestral land comes under HUF or not. Yes. Do we need some proof for HUF or simply we can claim we are HUF. HUF should be formed. PAN to be obtained. |

Get help of a CA or professional nearby, form HUF, get PAN.... & open Bank account.
There is no tax liability when ancestral property is transfered to HUF PAN.
