my father and his real brother sharing same ancestral land comes under HUF or not. Do we need some proof for HUF or simply we can claim we are HUF.

in this case can we claim some benefit of property transfer. but we do not have HUF pan or by creating pan now and claim benefit for 2017-18. is it possible
Get help of a CA or professional nearby, form HUF, get PAN.... & open Bank account.
There is no tax liability when ancestral property is transfered to HUF PAN.
