DOB OF HUF........ is Date on Which it is formed....... usually date of deed.......

Yes, that is the date on which HUF naturally came into existance........... so if  HUF Deed is formed during that period......... one can select that date.

But if it be missed........ it can be formed any time there after....

Copy of deed is required for PAN application.......... bank account opening etc..........

But you can write a declaration as of today stating the formation of HUF on the date of marriage !!!
