Dear all,
I want 38 yers old married & have one daughter.My father Expired in 1998 & till now we have not created any HUF. Now my family consists of ME, MY MOTHER, MY WIFE & MY DAUGHTER.
we don't have any ancestral property or any property in my father's Name.
I want to know how can i Create HUF.From whom can i receive cash/cheque gifts for the same.
