HUF creation by salaried & initial corpus taxation

After creating HUF deed  , Obtaining PAN, & Opening a bank account,  initial corpus for HUF will be transferred by karta. But if he gifts then clubbing provisions will come section 64(2). But the section is silent on interest free loan to HUF by karta, which does not attract clubbing provisions. But Does that require a separate deed or shall we include that clause in HUF deed itself.
