There's a Family of Mr. A & Mrs. A and their two Married Sons alongwith their Wives.
1.) Can they Create 3 HUFs :-
1st consisting of Mr & Mrs. A
2nd consisting of Mr & Mrs. Son 1
3rd consisting of Mr & Mrs. Son 2
2.) Is a Child Necessary to Create a HUF or a Newly Married Couple can form a HUF?
3.) In the Agreement to Create a HUF that is created TODAY, can we Mention that HUF is formed a few years back. i.e. Can we Form HUF today and state that it was formed in BACK DATE so that we can file Income Tax Returns of last two years too.
