I wanted to know what all documents are required to open a Bank Account of a trade company whose sole proprietor is a HUF?
And also, what would be the format of the rubber stamp of such business?

I don't think that an Huf can act as a sole proprietor for a trade company. wud the trade company be registered under cos act or proprietary concern
It was my mistake. It is not a trade company but rather a travel agency.
