HUF Add Coparceners

Hello,

My father opened an HUF account, but at the time he only mentioned (him and my mother) as coparceners. How can I add coparceners to the account? I want to add me and my brother to the HUF. Do I need another deed? If yes, what's the format?

Co-parcenery rights are not created by law but by birth. so once you born, that time itself you had become the coparcener in your father's huf

In the HUF , new arrival (birth) boy or girl automatic by default becomes Coparceners in the HUF of father.
You and your brother are already Coparceners in the HUF. No question of deed. nothing you worry.

I have a slightly different question. I have created a HUF account with my name, including my wife and son who is major. My daughter is a minor at the time of HUF creation and I have not included her. However, later i got to know there is no constraint on age of children to include in HUF. Now how can i add my daughter to HUF account.
