HUF properties / assets do not contain the personal / individual properties/ assets, if the said properties have been taken out of HUF funds then even once registerted in name of any individual member it would be property of the individual revoking his proportionate share from HUF, Son's claim could in properties in names and possession of parents, not in HUF, in HUF they can claim only their proportionate share,
