Hsn wise summary of inward supplies only for purchase or fixed item also

Dear All

We build new factory for that we buy construction material, Plant and machinery and other Capex item with GST. 

We claim GST excluding building material all project  item. 

My Q :  it's mandatory to fill  HSN wise wise summary of inward supplies report If we claim GST on Project Item ?

If Yes. 

Each and every item wise HSN wise summary report not possible for me. 

what should i do to file return. 

Pls advise
