hello we are a mumbai based service provider to corporates, we are a normal tax payer and our turnover is less than 1.5 cr.

While filing gstr1 and clicking the submit button we are getting following msg: No records found in Table 12. Add records in Table-12 corresponding to details saved in tables: B2B .

Do we need to fill details in the table 12? Is it mandatory? Or we can go ahead with submission and filing.

Hello thnks for the quick reply!

we provide temp staffing services and turnover is less than 1.5 cr. we have been mentioning SAC code in the invoices which is 998514.

Now it says if the turnover is less than 5 cr then mentioned 4 digit HSN code. What will be the 4 digit HSN code for temp staffing and do we not have to mention SAC code in invoices now?

thanks a lot, Altamush! One last query: Would it be ok if we continue to mention 6 digits SAC code: 998514 in our invoices or you think we should change it to just 9985 in our invoices too as our turnover is less than 5  Cr.

heading under "total quantity" in table 12 gets greyed out automatically and says zero.  Does it have to say zero? Shall I ignore and file or this needs to be corrected?

You can continue with six digits in you invoice. No problems.

For services quantity to be filled is zero so that is also correct

Continue with your filing

In this case in Table 12

Should we fill data for B2C Invoices also ?

While B2C invoice with turnover less then 5Cr not required to mention HSN.
