Hsn summary for inward supplies gstr 2

HI Experts , Please answer this.

I am filing my GSTR 2 online and I have a purchase of less than Rs 5000 in a day from an unregistered dealer so i know that i do not need to provide the details.

My question is however regarding teh section "Section 13 - HSN summary of inward supplies " while filing the GSTR 2. 

Since my purchase is from an unregistered dealer and is less than Rs 5000 , do i need to enter the HSN details in the "HSN summary of inward supplies" section?
