it's very simple, draw your HSN/SAC wise summary of the supplies...
supply means all outward supply of July 17 already filled in other sheets GSTR1 off line.
sort the hsn-wise detail and fill the hsn sheet

dear, UQC stands for unique quantity code used in invoice
in case of service i don't think UQC and quantity are mandatory fields just try avoiding these fields
