If your turnover less than 5 cr and you make only B2c transaction then no need to mention

As case was earlier, if hsn is not mandatory , one must enter descripttion of goods sold. what is case now after 1/04/2021
As turnover is less than 5 crores rupees and you're making b2c sales so HSN is not applicable
