I have charged gst of 5% under HSN 1901 as bakery assorted whereas as government send me the notice that it should b charged at 18% under HSN 1905.
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES IF WE ARE DIFFER IN OPINION & INTERPRETATION..??

in this case issue a debit note on basis of that original invoice ( take difference value)
