There is one item which hsn is 3215 in my bill when I manually entering this hsn it is not showing. Why?

Check if such HSN code is a valid one
Go on GST Portal>Services> User Services>Search HSN Code
Check above HSN Code, if available then only you can show it

HSN Code 3215: Printing ink, writing or drawing ink and other inks, whether or not concentrated or solid.
It is showing more detailed hsn for 3215.
What I suggest is either you select a more detailed hsn which is accurate or you type 3215 in HSN box and then click on descripttion. It will accept the hsn and you can write the descripttion you want to. The portal will accept.
