Please let me know it is compulsary to show sac for freight or packing charges to issue E invoice.

If freight and packing charges are billed alongside goods, they are part of a composite supply and generally adopt the HSN code of the main goods. If entered as a separate service line item on an e-invoice, a valid SAC code becomes mandatory for that line to pass portal validation.
