One of my client is manufacturing bakery products like cookies. He is charging gst under HSN 19012000 @ 5%. Received notice from gst department for Misleading tax under section 122(1) & section 74. According to department it should be charged under HSN 1905.
Should we fight in court..? How can be get rid from this issue?.. Pls suggest.
