My company has made a contract for hiring services trucks on monthly basis for transportation of materials within Gujarat from one branch of the company to another, A term of the contract is reimbursement of Insurance premia charge for the employees of the contractor directly engaged in providing the services like drivers and cleaners. The contractor is required to provide e-Invoice with HSN code for all the services. What is the HSN code for claiming Insurance premia reimbursement at NIL GST along with the services in the e-Invoice? Same for claiming of Toll charges reimbursement as pure agent. Will be grateful for an early response.

The government has made it mandatory to mention 8-digit HSN or tariff code for 49 chemical based products while issuing Goods and Services Tax (GST) invoice, a move experts feel is aimed at curbing tax evasion. While notifying the HSN Code for these products, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) said, "A registered person shall mention eight number of digits of HSN Codes in a tax invoice issued by him."
Thank you sir for your response. I would be grateful to know (a) the HSN Code for Pure Agent who provides services as elaborated above and (b) HSN Code for claiming reimbursement of Insurance Premium with NIL rate of GST.
