Quick Summary
If your annual turnover is less than 2 Crores and all your outward supplies are B2C, you do not need to report HSN codes in your GSTR1. Reporting HSN codes for B2C supplies is optional for businesses with an aggregate turnover below Rs. 5.00 Crore.

Reporting HSN codes in GSTR1 is optional for outward supplies to B2C, if Aggregate Turnover is below Rs.5.00 Crore.
