I wanted to know if HSN code or SAC code is applicable for E-commerce marketplace? I don't sell my own products, i have buyers and sellers who sell on my website. I am providing only a service, similar to OLX but in garments & accessories. Which is applicable?
If it is HSN, it is per product category?
Thanks for the reply! Since I charge a commission to the seller on every transaction, do I need to add the HSN code in the invoice that I will generate to the seller? I do not need to generate an invoice between seller and buyer.
