HSN code compulsion threshold
Please let me know the threshold for HSN codes mandatory for unregistered buyer and registered buyer in Karnataka

For unregistered buyer there is no need to comply with GST law. For registered for b2b it is mandatory for all transactions. For b2c mandatory if turnover above 5 crores.
