A party on HSN CODE 48192020 charged @ 18% GST and B Party on HSN CODE 48191010 charged @ 12% GST
So pls reply that which one is right

GST Rate applicable for HSN code 4819 : Cartons, boxes and cases of paper board is 12 %, not 18%
than above two codes are different or comes under same Head
comes under same head
Different rate exist under HSN4819 , the reason . 4819.... corrugated paper is 12%
But the item is non corrugated paper the rate will be changed to 18%
