we have capital asset of barges.now we are selling to the party what is the gst rate.ITC avaible to the party.

Are You a trader of barges? But from your question I understood that this is nota regular transaction. In such case, in my opinion you are not attracted by GST

Further if the party dealing with you is a dealer, let us suppose, then such person pays GST on RCM basis.

And ny further selling it to some body he can avail ITC.

we are service provider under gst .our buyer also registered dealer using that barged for inland water transport
