Hi,
I say with my parents in rented accommodation. My dad pays rent to landlord of amount X and charges me
X+Y rent for staying with him (as I use all his facilities like TV.etc). agreement of my parents
with landlord allows sublease/subletting. Can I get HRA exemption of X+Y ?

Yes, of course, you can claim rent paid provided you get rent slip in your name irrespective who pay's it provided you are a salaried person( under salary chapter) or otherwise under section 80GG
