Sir, if the house owner is not in India, then how to get the signed rent receipt to submit in the office.
is there any other means?
pl clarify.

Than is but obvious that the rent would have been transferred to the bank account so the same can be used as a documentary evidence

Yes... The Bank transfer of Rental is sufficient proof for the Tent paid.

print, sign and scan is an option. Isn't it?

 

@ Raja - companies don't accept bank transfers as proof anymore for rent paid.
