A salaried employee residing in a city where he has his own house for which he is claiming deduction under Section 24, interest on borrowing upto Rs 1.50 Lacs, Now he is also getting HRA, from his employer whether he can claim HRA benefit by residing in a rented house in the same town near to his office.
