Hi, i have changed my company in june-2012, at that time i have not submitted my HRA bills for APR,MAY. so they have not included in tax caluculations. i have to file ITR now, how to get tax exemptions for them now in ITR. i have the bills now.
i got some money through leave encashment, can i get tax exemption under any section ?
Sure Leave travel assistance are eligible to claim u/s 10 of income tax act. HRA also will be concluded in final irrespective of the changes in employment

it is not LTA, i got money by encashing leaves when i resigned from the company. will it come under sec 10 ?
HRA : i can deduct the hra amount while filing ITR ? how to submit the bills to IT dept in that case ?
