Hra calculation

Dear Sirs,

 We receive the HRA from our employer with salary  and also we are geting the bacholor accomodation from my employer , at the same time we paid house rent for our dependant in our home town. 

CAN WE GET A CLAIM HRA EXEMPTION UNDER SEC10(13a) FOR OUR RENTAL PAYMENT ?
